Request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll process it — no explanation required. To cancel, go to My Account and we’ll email you a secure link to manage your subscription. You can also cancel by emailing support@scribehold.com from the address on your purchase and we’ll cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals; if you cancel outside the refund window, your access simply continues through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

Legal Export Pack

The Legal Export Pack is an annual subscription that includes everything in ScribeHold Complete. Because it produces a deliverable you export and keep, the refund is conditional: full refund within 14 days, provided you have not generated an export containing Legal Export Pack artifacts. Generating one ends refund eligibility for that subscription term.

Those artifacts are Bates numbering, PDF/A archival format, SHA-256 manifest, metadata CSV, affidavit cover page, bound matter metadata, and the full-resolution attachment bundle. Browsing, searching, and ordinary PDF exports don’t touch your refund. If something went wrong with your export, email us — we’ll make it right.
