License
ScribeHold grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on a Windows PC you own or control, for the purpose of accessing your own iPhone backup data.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy
Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Email us and we'll process it.
What ScribeHold is not
ScribeHold is a message-browsing and export tool, not a forensic-analyst substitute. The Legal Export Pack produces a verifiable, tamper-evident archive that an opposing party can independently re-hash; it does not by itself authenticate the underlying messages for every legal context.
