License

ScribeHold grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on a Windows PC you own or control, for the purpose of accessing your own iPhone message data.

Subscriptions

ScribeHold Complete subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To cancel, go to My Account and we will email you a secure link to manage your subscription. You can also cancel by emailing support@scribehold.com from the address on your purchase and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy

ScribeHold Complete: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.

Legal Export Pack: full refund within 14 days, provided you have not generated an export containing Legal Export Pack artifacts. Generating one ends refund eligibility for that subscription term.

Legal Export Pack artifacts are: Bates numbering, PDF/A archival format, SHA-256 manifest, metadata CSV, affidavit cover page, bound matter metadata, and the full-resolution attachment bundle. An export that includes none of these does not affect your refund eligibility.

What ScribeHold is not

ScribeHold is a message-browsing and export tool, not a forensic-analyst substitute. The Legal Export Pack produces a verifiable, tamper-evident archive that an opposing party can independently re-hash; it does not by itself authenticate the underlying messages for every legal context.
